Roll / tyre size: 1.2 metres diameter, 925 briquettes/ rev, output of approx 25 – 30 tonnes of material per hour ( dependant on density)
Pressure: Twin hydraulic rams, 80 tonnes a piece ( 2500 psi) each side give separating force of 320 tonnes.
Motor: main drive 75 hp English electric.
Drive: Fluid coupling to two speed W.G.W inline gearbox. Two speed 8.5 or 11 Rpm ( at the rolls)
This machine has just undergone a full refurbishment and is in full working order and can be seen running. |
